Product Information
Alligare Argos is formulated to control a broad range of algae and prevent copper precipitation in hard water conditions.
- Active Ingredient: It contains Copper Ethanolamine Complex (9% metallic copper equivalent).
- Rapid Control: Controls planktonic algae in 24 to 48 hours and filamentous algae in 3 to 4 days.
- Target Weeds: Effective against various algae like Chara, Cladophora, and Cyanobacteria, and the aquatic plant Hydrilla.
- No Water Use Restrictions: Water treated with Argos has no restrictions for swimming, fishing, or livestock watering after application.
- Application: It is a contact algaecide and is typically applied using a backpack, handheld, or large tank sprayer.
