Alligare Glyphosate Herbicide

A high-concentration systemic, non-selective glyphosate herbicide labeled for aquatic and terrestrial use. It is absorbed through foliage and moves into the root system.

Recommended for

Dry or emergent plants above the waterline, including shoreline vegetation. It is not effective on plants that are fully underwater.

Active ingredient

Glyphosate (53.8%) as the isopropylamine salt.

Product details & application

• Mix with water and an appropriate non-ionic surfactant for foliar application.
• Has no soil residual activity.
• Rainfall within 6 hours of application can reduce effectiveness.

Application examples

• General rate: 1–2 quarts per acre, or 2–3 oz per gallon of water depending on target vegetation
• 1 gal spray water: 2–3 oz glyphosate
• 4 gal spray water: 8–12 oz
• 10 gal spray water: 20–30 oz
• Use a compatible non-ionic surfactant as directed by the label.
